呢份條款適用於流動應用程式「精進麻雀」（英文 Mahjong Sharp: Hong Kong Mahjong）同公開網站 mahjongsharp.dmhongkong.com。繼續使用即表示你同意呢份條款。如不同意，請唔好使用本 app 或者網站。

服務係咩
精進麻雀係離線麻雀練習工具：聽牌、棄牌、課堂同限時挑戰等訓練，喺你部裝置本機跑。發行商係 Dobby Midnight。本服務唔係賭場、博彩平台，亦唔提供真錢賭博或者真錢對賭。
商店同付款（現況）
App 內可能有商店畫面（例如體力藥、去廣告、完整版等介面），但現階段不涉真錢交易：未接上 App Store／Google Play 付款，價錢只係介面佔位，撳咗亦唔會收費。廣告 SDK 同購買亦未啟用。將來如有真錢購買，會另作說明同更新呢份條款。
准許同禁止用途
- 你可以為個人練習同學習而使用本 app 同網站。
- 唔可以試圖破壞、逆向工程、干擾服務，或者用本服務做非法用途。
- 唔可以喺未獲授權下冒充發行商、複製商標，或者誤導他人以為內容屬官方授權（例如美式教學卡線唔係官方 NMJL 卡）。
知識產權
除非另有註明，app、網站文案、介面同商標（包括「精進麻雀」「Mahjong Sharp」）屬 Dobby Midnight 或者其授權人所有。你可以喺裝置上按授權使用 app；呢份條款唔轉讓任何擁有權。
私隱
資料處理方式見 私隱政策。現況：唔收集個人資料、無帳戶、無追蹤；進度只存喺裝置。
免責同責任限制
本 app 同網站按「現況」提供，主要用作練習同教育。我哋唔保證內容完全冇錯、唔中斷，或者適合某一特定用途。喺適用法律允許嘅最大範圍內，Dobby Midnight 唔對因使用或者無法使用本服務而引致嘅間接、附帶、特別或者結果性損失負責。呢段係一般服務說明，唔構成法律意見。
條款改動
我哋可能會更新呢份條款。改動後會喺呢頁公布，並改「最後更新」日期。重大改動後如你繼續使用，即視為接受更新後嘅條款。
適用法律
呢份條款受中華人民共和國香港特別行政區法律管轄，並按其解釋。如有爭議，雙方同意交由香港法院處理（喺適用法律允許嘅範圍內）。如你對權利有疑問，請自行尋求獨立法律意見，或者先聯絡我哋。

These Terms of Use apply to the mobile app Mahjong Sharp: Hong Kong Mahjong (Chinese: 精進麻雀) and the public website mahjongsharp.dmhongkong.com. By using the app or site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

What the service is
Mahjong Sharp is an offline mahjong practice trainer: wait drills, discard drills, lessons, and timed challenges run on your device. The publisher is Dobby Midnight. This is not a casino or gambling platform, and it does not offer real-money gambling or wagering.
Shop and payments (current state)
The app may include a Shop screen (for example stamina potions, remove-ads, or a full-version option), but there are no real-money transactions at this stage: App Store / Google Play billing is not connected; prices are UI placeholders and tapping them does not charge you. Ad SDKs and purchases are not enabled. If paid features ship later, we will update these terms.
Allowed and prohibited use
- You may use the app and site for personal practice and learning.
- You must not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or misuse the service, or use it for unlawful purposes.
- You must not impersonate the publisher, misuse trademarks, or present content as official licensed material when it is not (for example, American practice lines are not official NMJL cards).
Intellectual property
Unless noted otherwise, the app, site copy, interface, and marks (including “精進麻雀” and “Mahjong Sharp”) belong to Dobby Midnight or its licensors. You may use the app on your device as licensed; these terms do not transfer ownership.
Privacy
See the Privacy Policy. Current state: no personal-data collection, no accounts, no tracking; progress stays on device.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The app and site are provided “as is” for practice and education. We do not warrant that content is error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Dobby Midnight is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of or inability to use the service. This section is a general service statement and is not legal advice.
Changes
We may update these terms. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use after material changes means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China. Subject to applicable law, disputes may be brought before the courts of Hong Kong. If you are unsure of your rights, seek independent legal advice or contact us first.
